DMCA Policy
toolzy.cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its file-sharing features to do the same. This page explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright, and how to dispute a takedown you believe was made in error.
Reporting infringing content
toolzy's file-sharing tool (Upload & Share) lets anyone generate a link to a file they upload. toolzy does not review files before they're shared. If you believe a file hosted on toolzy.cloud infringes your copyright, you — or an agent authorized to act on your behalf — may send a takedown notice to support@devnix-solutions.com.
To be effective, your notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact toolzy.cloud URL(s) of the material you want removed — typically a link in the form
toolzy.cloud/f/<token>. Notices without a specific link can't be acted on. - Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Once we receive a complete notice, we'll remove or disable access to the file and, where we have contact information for the uploader, let them know it was taken down.
Filing a counter-notification
If a file you uploaded was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@devnix-solutions.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed file and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the file was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless they inform us they've filed a court action, the file may be restored in 10–14 business days.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid takedown notices may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
